Personal Goal Schedule
When you write a contract with yourself (commitment) to do something, be sure to include:
What you’re going to do. How much you’re going to do. When are you going to do it (what time of day)? How many days a week are you going to do it?
For example: this week, I will
(what) walk
(where) around a block
(when) before lunch
(how much) three times per day, xdays per week
Activity — How certain am I that I will do each? Add a percent to each. (100% = total commitment) Sign and date as a commitment to yourself, before you begin the activities.
