1. I feel sad, helpless, hopeless, and in despair, a lot of the time. 2. I have lost interest in almost all pleasurable activities. 3. I don\’t think anyone would care if I died. 4. I feel that I serve no useful purpose. 5. I am either losing or gaining weight, for no apparent reason. 6. I have trouble going to sleep or staying asleep, and feel tired. 7. I feel either driven to be active, or want to withdraw from others. 8. I have trouble concentrating and making decisions. 9. I either have too much energy or not enough energy. 10. I find it hard to plan for the future.
